Our WeHomeCare apps and platform are provided under separate agreements with the organisations that use them, and any terms and privacy notices supplied with those services apply to them.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you use our contact form or email us, we receive:

• your first and last name;
• your email address;
• your phone number, if you choose to provide it;
• the content of your message.

Please don’t include health information or other sensitive details about yourself or anyone else in an enquiry. We don’t need it to answer you.

Information collected automatically. When you browse the website we may collect:

• technical information such as your browser type, device type, approximate location (country or region), the pages you visit and the site that referred you;
• your cookie choice, which is stored in your browser so we don’t ask you again.

Cookies and analytics

We use two analytics tools:

• Vercel Web Analytics provides aggregated statistics about visits, such as page views and referrers. It doesn’t use cookies and isn’t used to identify you.
• Google Analytics helps us understand how visitors use the website. It sets cookies, so it loads only if you select “Accept” on our cookie banner. If you select “Reject”, Google Analytics is not loaded.

To change your cookie choice, clear this website’s cookies and site data in your browser settings. The banner will then appear again on your next visit.
